Pilates Fusion Arm-Sculpting Workout

Grab a set of five-pound dumbbells and take five minutes to sculpt some seriously sexy arms! This quickie workout, was made by  quailfied trainers Meagan Cox and Caitlin O'Connor-Veth.

You will need a mat, hand weights (optional).
