Detachment gives way for contentment.
In order to acquire things in this world, we have to relinquish our
attachment to them. Be motivated not by the fruits of the practice but by the
process!
Jumping straight into play with a few variations of flowing
salutations, opening up the front body with a few back bends
and concluding with a sweet shoulder, upper back and neck
release.
