eFit30 is an e-learning platform designed to provide you with the tools you need to fit in your exercise each day and eliminate the problems and restrictions that otherwise stand in the way of you getting fitter and improving your wellbeing.

By  combining the internet and fitness videos we can coach you through some exercise routines at home or wherever you are now to improve your fitness and well being.  A variety of 30 minute exercise sessions for different levels of fitness.

Our trainers love their fitness and know a thing or two about their chosen fields. We hope you like them as much as we do!

Creating Long lean lines - Pilates

Sophies
Aspire Pilates video predominantly focuses on
strengthening and isolating the core to help create lean flat abdominals while
improving posture and preventing injury.
 It is a full-body workout
focussed on toning and sculpting our major stabilising muscles such as the
core, gluteals and upper body. Sophie provides options for all levels,
however, it is at an accelerated pace to get the most out of your
workout, so if you have not done Pilates before make sure you are familiar

Homemade Sauerkraut Paleo Recipie

To make this simple yet supremely healthy recipe you will need the following ingredients;

1 small cabbage (approximately 800g)
22g Salt (himalyan or celtic sea salt)
Seasoning - caraway seeds, juniper berries, dill
Fermenting Jar (I used a Fowler's Vacola)
