  2. Winding down after a big week or hellish day can be a challenge, but I find what works for me is sitting down and listening to some music. Not just putting on a CD and doing other things, but really listening and stopping what your doing. For my mind Amarok by Mike Oldfield is perfect, it's one track about 60 minutes long and has the right amount of ebb and flow to allow the mind to clear. Most classical music or forest/bird sounds will do the same depending on taste, but it's the instrumental tracks I find work the best allowing you to drift away and relax. Too often we get bombarded on all senses and it's nice to just close your eyes and listen. .. Malcolm
