Dynamic Pilates 45 Minute Full Body Workout
This Dynamic Pilates 45 Minute Full Body Workout is designed to strengthen and balance the body from head to toe. It is designed with modifications for all levels, and challenges to get the core working hard! By the end of this workout you will be feeling more flexible, and stronger throughout the whole body.

Detachment gives way for contentment.
In order to acquire things in this world, we have to relinquish our
attachment to them. Be motivated not by the fruits of the practice but by the
process!
Jumping straight into play with a few variations of flowing
salutations, opening up the front body with a few back bends
and concluding with a sweet shoulder, upper back and neck
release.

Take a guided tour around the chakras of the body. Throughout the practice we will help bring radiance to the chakras from root to crown.
At each location we intertwine a specific flowing asana sequence applying awareness on subtle energy changes and how each pose makes us feel.
This class will challenge you in different ways each time you practice, no matter your yoga level.
